HELENA, Mont. - The No. 11 Carroll College Women's Basketball team will look to start 2023 out on the right foot when they take on Montana Tech at 5 p.m. in Butte, Mont.

The Fighting Saints (11-4, 2-0) will try to pick up right where they left off and extend their unbeaten Frontier Conference record, facing a road test 68 miles away at Montana Tech (4-8, 0-2).

Carroll enters the home stretch of their schedule on a five-game win streak, including a pair of lopsided wins over Canadian schools, Lakeland and Briercrest, last weekend in Helena. The Orediggers, recently snapped a six game skid, with a pair of wins of Canadian Schools last week.

Jamie Pickens (Helena, Mont. / SR) is second in the Frontier Conference in points per game (15.2) and fourth in the league in field goal percentage (54.1). The Senior standout is also Carroll's newest member of the 1,000 point club, after her 22 point performance against Briercrest last weekend. Carroll will look to get Pickens rolling early and often. Kamden Hilborn (Clancy, Mont. - GR), who is No. 6 in the NAIA in assists per game, will look to continue to continue to feed her teammates at a high clip.

Tonight's game will be streamed live HERE, and live stats can be found HERE. Catch the voice of the Saints, Nick Dietzen, on the call on Rewind 94.9 FM, or online HERE.
