HELENA, Mont. - The No. 11 Carroll College Women's Basketball team is headed North for their second of three matchups with Providence on Saturday afternoon at the McLaughlin Center in Great Falls, Mont.

The Fighting Saints (17-5, 8-1) will look to expand on their five-game winning streak this afternoon, squaring off with Providence (13-9, 3-6) on the road this afternoon.

Carroll enters the game coming off of an 18 point victory over No. 22 Rocky Mountain College on Thursday in which the Saints gained sole possession of the Frontier Conference lead.

Today marks the second time the two schools have met this season, with Carroll running away with a 73-41 win over the Argos earlier this month in Helena.

The Saints will likely look to feed the ball to Jamie Pickens (Helena, Mont. / SR) in the post, early and often. Pickens had a monster game on Thursday, posting a 24 point, 10 rebound double-double. 

Providence has two players averaging double digit points per game, Reed Hazard and Maddy Dixon, averaging 12.3 and 11.3 points per game, respectively.

Today's game will be the first trip to Great Falls for the Saints since a 63-51 win in the semi-final game of the Frontier Conference tournament last season.
