HELENA, Mont. – The seventh-ranked Carroll Women's Basketball team will play their final regular season home game on Thursday evening against Montana Tech. Tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m.
 
Last Saturday, Carroll squared off with a tough Montana Western team at the PE Center and came out on top with a 74-57 win. That game marked their third straight win and it appears that Saints are playing some of their best basketball entering the final stretch of the Frontier schedule.
 
The Saints currently don a record of 21-5 on the year, with a conference record of 9-3. They are still ranked number seven nationally, following Wednesday's release of the NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches' Poll.
 
Montana Tech, on the other hand, is 12-15 overall and 3-9 in conference play. The Orediggers captured arguably their biggest win of the season at Montana Western last Thursday before heading to Billings on Saturday and losing at No. 15 Rocky Mountain College.
 
Carroll and Tech have faced off twice already this season and both meetings have been won by the Saints. On January 6, Carroll beat Tech 78-46 in Helena before going to Bute on January 22 and beating them again 64-57.
 
As things stand right now, the Saints are tied up with No. 19 Providence at 9-3 for second place in the Frontier. Rocky is still at the top with a conference record of 9-2. Carroll still has one more game left against each of those teams.
 
Following the conclusion of the Women's game, Carroll will honor seniors Christine Denny, Jaidyn Lyman, Emma Madsen, and Danielle Wagner as part of the senior night festivities. Those four have been a part of 114 wins and counting for Carroll Women's Basketball.
