HELENA, Mont. -- The Carroll Saints Men's and Women's basketball teams are back home at the PE Center this weekend, as they will be hosting Montana State Northern on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's Frontier Conference double header will start with the Women's game at 3:00PM with the Men to follow at 5:00PM. Sunday's games will be at 12:00PM and 2:00PM.Â

Rachelle Sayers and the Carroll Women's basketball team are coming off of a weekend where their games at Rocky Mountain College were deemed Covid cancellations. They currently boast a record of 15-2 on the season, with a 9-1 conference record. Leading the way for the Saints is
Danielle Wagner, a senior guard from Havre, Mont., who is averaging 14.82 points per game.
The Carroll Men (11-5, 8-4), enter this weekend riding a 6-game winning streak in which they are holding opponents to an impressive 62.5 points per game over that span. Coach
Kurt Paulson has credited the team's recent defensive success to how 'active' they have been on that end of the floor. Now, they take on a Montana State Northern team who they beat for their first conference wins back on January 4
th and 5
th up in Havre.Â
Both Saints teams are undefeated at the PE Center this season.
The Montana State Northern Skylights enter the weekend with an overall record of 4-9 and a conference record of 3-6. Under Coach Chris Mouat, the Skylights rank number 4 in NAIA Women's basketball in free throw percentage, shooting 80.1% at the stripe. As for Coach Shawn Huse and the Lights, they are currently 6-5 on the season and 5-5 in conference play. The Lights are coming off of a weekend that included their most notable win of the year, beating Providence 96-85 on the 31
st of January.Â
