WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced their Erck Hotels/Volleyball Players of the Week.
Taelyr Krantz was named Attacker of the Week and
Julia Carr was named Defender of the Week.
Krantz, a 6-foot senior from Helena, Mont., helped lead Carroll to a 2-2 record over the weekend at the Days Inn & Suites Viterbo Invitational. She averaged 3.69 kills per set with an attacking percentage of .371. Taelyr also added four solo blocks and eight assisted blocks.
Carr, a 5-foot-7 sophomore libero from Portland, Ore., was a stalwart on the back line for the Saints at the Viterbo Invitational. She averaged 5.62 digs per set and provided a steady serving hand all weekend.
The Saints, now 7-5 on the season, will head to Havre, Mont., this coming weekend for four games at the Frontier Conference Tune Up before conference play starts on September 24.
