WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced its 2021 volleyball pre-season coaches' poll on Wednesday. Carroll was voted to finish fourth in the conference.
Defending conference champion University of Providence received five first place votes and was picked to win the conference title this season.
Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own teams. First place was worth five points, a second place vote is worth four points, a third place vote is worth three points, a fourth place vote is worth two points and a fifth place vote is worth one point.
The results were as follows:

Montana Tech (1) 20
Rocky Mountain College 20
Carroll College 14
MSU-Northern 8
Montana Western 7

The Saints will open their season against Dickinson State on August 20 in Butte, Mont., at the Big Sky Volleyball challenge.
