HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Women's Soccer team will get their first big test of the 2024 season as they match up with RV Taylor University in Upland, Ind. on Saturday evening.

The Fighting Saints (1-0) got their season started in a big way earlier this week, blanking Lethbridge (Can.) 6-0 on Wednesday. They'll look to continue the hot start tonight against the Trojans (0-0).

Carroll enters the early season bout with two different players with multiple goals scored. Delaney Moczan (Las Vegas, Nev. / SO) and Jaymee Sheridan (Helena, Mont. / SR) both netted two goals in the lopsided season-opening win over the Pronghorns.

Goalkeeper Maria Ackermann (Billings, Mont. / SO) picked up right where she left off in '23. The 2023 First Team All-CCC keeper recorded a five save shutout in her first game inbetween the pipes this season, and aims to keep her sheet clean this evening as well.

The Trojans, also in the receiving votes portion of the NAIA Women's Soccer Preaseaon Coaches' Poll, have yet to play a game this season after their scheduled opener against Georgetown (Ky.) was canceled last weekend.
