HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Soccer teams are off to great starts in their respective CCC regular seasons, and both will be tested with critical mid-season road matchups this weekend at College of Idaho and Eastern Oregon on Friday and Saturday.

The Carroll Women (7-1-3, 4-0-1) are back in the receiving votes portion of the NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Poll, and enter the week sitting at No. 2 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference standings. They'll get their shot at the conference lead this afternoon, taking on No. 11 College of Idaho in a marquee conference match, before a Saturday night showdown at Eastern Oregon.

Both the Saints and Yotes come into the afternoon riding five-game win-streaks. College of Idaho has a perfect 5-0 mark in conference play, while the Saints are unbeaten with four wins and a tie this season.

The teams are the top two goal scoring schools in the conference, with Carroll at 38 and C of I at 30. Add in Eastern Oregon, and this weekend's slate of games will feature the league's top three teams in terms of goals against average (C of I .56, EOU .67, CC .82).

Delaney Moczan will look to continue her hot-streak this weekend. The CCC leader in most offensive categories has been stellar on the attack for the Saints this season, and hopes to help the team to its first league crown since the 2018 season.

Friday's game against the Yotes will kick-off at 4 p.m., with Saturday night's matchup at EOU set to start at 5 p.m.

On the Men's side, the Fighting Saints enter the week as a receiving votes team for the first time in program history.

Carroll leads the conference with a perfect 6-0 mark heading into a pair of key matchups this weekend.

Last season in Helena, the Saints knocked-off both C of I and EOU, showing the league that they were serious contenders. This season, they'll put their highly-impressive undefeated shutout streak to begin conference play on the line, now aiming to retain their lead atop the CCC standings.

Goalkeeper Juan Muniz Navarette (Hermiston, Ore. / JR) has been simply outstanding. The 2023 All-CCC keeper has now gone eight consecutive games without surrendering a goal.

Felix Billard (Mallorca, Spain / SO) is also on one of the more impressive runs in school history. The Spaniard has goals in each of his last six games, and has shown no signs of slowing.

Saturday night's game between the Fighting Saints and Mountaineers has been voted as the CCC Game of the Week.

It'll be a pair of late kick-offs for the Men, with Friday's game set for a 6:30 p.m. first touch at College of Idaho, and a 7:30 p.m. first touch at Eastern Oregon on Saturday.
