HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Women's Soccer team is on the road to Billings, Mont. for a pair of games against NCAA Division II opponents this weekend. The Saints will play Black Hills State (S.D.) tonight at 4 p.m., followed by a 3 p.m. Saturday contest against MSU Billings.
The Fighting Saints (2-0-0) are off to a hot start in 2023, and will look to keep the momentum rolling this weekend in Billings, with matchups against Black Hills State (2-0) and MSU Billings (0-0-0).
Carroll been highly aggressive in the opening games of the season, outshooting the opposition 61-9 over the two games. The Saints have five goal differential in the two wins, without allowing a single goal on the year.
Two Saints found their first collegiate goals earlier this week in Helena, with both
Michenna George (Frenchtown, Mont. / FR) and
Ella Kuenzli (Colorado Springs, Colo. / SO) each beating the keeper in the win over the Argos.
Freshman
Delaney Moczan (Las Vegas, Nev. / FR) has shown an outstanding ability to create opportunities through two games, and hopes to find a way to finish this weekend with some points to show for it.
Both of this weekend's games will be streamed free of charge
