Men's Indoor Track | 01/28/22 | 11:19 AM
Helena, Mont. - Carroll College Track & Field travels to Pocatello, Idaho this weekend for the Stacy Dragila Invitational.
Â
A larger group will compete this Saturday with 17 men and 13 women currently entered. Multiple athletes will be vying for NAIA National Qualifying Standards including a top group of athletes in the men's 4x400m that have not been able to run all together since early 2020.
Â
On the women's side, Chloe Gallagher will look to improve on her B Standard National Qualifying mark in the pole vault. A slew of Saints will aim to qualify in the women's mile, and several sprinters (Brooklyn Schultz and Avery Tripp) will compete for the first time in a Carroll uniform.
Â
Beyond the headlining relay, Carroll's nationally ranked heptathletes (Lee Walburn and Brett Glaser) will compete in multiple individual events for the men's squad. Patrick Keeley, Hunter Gregoire, Connor O'Hara, and Nate Gong will participate in their first indoor track meet for the Saints.
Â
"We're excited to take a bigger team to the meet and to see some athletes out there competing for the first time this season," said Head Coach Harry Clark. "The NCAA Division I competition will give us a great opportunity for more athletes to qualify for Nationals."

Field events begin at 10:00 am MST on Saturday, and running events start at 11:15 am MST. Full schedule and meet info are available at the following link:
