Box Score ASHLAND, Ore. – The Carroll Women's Soccer team fell to Southern Oregon 3-1 on Saturday afternoon in Ashland.
 
Kody Clements started the scoring off in this one, finding the back of the net in the 10^th minute for her third goal of the season.
 
Southern Oregon got on the board for the first time in the 12^th minute. Kaya Baird scored on an assist from Baylee Touey.
 
Ruth Hegstad added a goal for the Raiders in the 14^th minute on an assist from Malaika Quigley to put them up 2-1. The score would stay that way going into the second half.
 
In the 62^nd minute, Malaika Quigley scored to extend the Raider lead to 3-1. Trinity Rhoads had the assist.
 
Southern Oregon held strong and kept the Saints from scoring the rest of the way to earn the victory.
 
The Raiders are now 7-3-1 this year and 5-1 in conference play.
 
The Saints drop to 5-5-1 overall on the year and 4-3-1 in Cascade Conference play. They will have next weekend off before heading to Eastern Oregon and College of Idaho for a big road trip on October 22 and 24.
