HELENA, Mont. – The Carroll Women's basketball team will face off with Viterbo University on Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. at the PE Center.
 
Last weekend, the Saints opened up their season at home against No. 5 Southeastern University. They came out on the losing end of a highly contested game, 67-60.
 
Now 0-1, Carroll has their eyes on getting their first win of the season on Saturday evening.
 
The NAIA released their preseason coaches' poll earlier this week. Following a strong 2020-21 campaign, the Saints return a great number of key players and came in at No. 7 in the rankings.
 
Viterbo opened their season on Thursday night with an 83-60 loss at Rocky. Their game at Carroll will be the second of a three-game road trip in Montana. They play at Montana Tech on Sunday afternoon.
