HELENA, Mont. -- The No. 20-ranked Carroll College Fighting Saints women's basketball team opens up its season on Friday against Dakota State as part of the Cattle Classic in Seward, Nebraska. 

Dakota State (1-1) notched a Top 25 win against No. 8 Dordt earlier this fall. The Trojans were selected to finish second in the North Star Athletic Association's preseason poll. 

The Saints, who were selected to win the Frontier Conference by coaches, will be making their season debut on the road. For more on the Fighting Saints, see the preseason prospectus. 

The game will tip off at 5 p.m. MST on Friday. 

On Saturday, the Saints will face No. 10 Concordia.
