HELENA, Mont. -- Carroll College Fighting Saints track and field is headed to Pocatello, Idaho, to compete in the 2020 Stacy Dragila Open. 

Just a week into spring semester classes the Saints are packing their bags and heading to Pocatello. Notable NCAA D1 schools also invited are Eastern Washington, University of Montana, Montana State, and Weber State among a few others. 

"We're looking forward to seeing our returners that did not compete last weekend," Saints coach Harry Clark said. "It will be a lot of upperclassmen back in the mix. I'm very excited because we had a great week of practice even though it's below-zero. The kids are looking forward to this week and we put big challenges on them to qualify. It's going to be a fun evening meet, so we're looking forward to that." 

The other Frontier Conference teams invited are Providence and Montana Western.

The meet will be held at the Idaho State-Holt Arena on Friday, January 17.
