HELENA, Mont. – The fourth-ranked Carroll College men's basketball hosts a talented University of Calgary team Thursday and Friday at the PE Center at 7:30 p.m.
The Dinos are 9-1 0n the year and a tied for the top win percentage in U Sports Canada West. They played a pair of summer foreign travel games against Montana State in August falling to the Bobcats in both in tight contests.
Calgary has not played another NAIA team this season. The Dinos average 85.4 points per game while giving up just 72.5. Diawara Mambi is the leads the way with 25 points per game. Two other players average double figures for Calgary.
Former Carroll assistant coach and player Dan Pearson returns to the PE Center as a member of the Calgary coaching staff.
Carroll remains one of four undefeated teams in NAIA DI with a 12-0 record entering the final weekend of the non-conference slate.
Ryan Imhoff leads the Saints in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. The Saints are the top field goal percentage and the top free throw percentage team in the NAIA DI. Imhoff is second in NAIA DI in steals and
Matt Wyman is second in NAIA DI in field goal percentage from the guard position.
