HELENA, Mont. – The Frontier Conference has announced the final installment of the 2025 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field weekly awards. Carroll College swept the Track portion of the weekly honors, with both
Brycen Gardner and
Claire Bucklin recognized for their efforts at the Montana Open.
Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week: Brycen Gardner
Gardner, a junior from Spokane, Wash., was chosen as the Track Athlete of the Week.
Gardner won the Frontier Conference 3000-meter steeplechase championship for Carroll, contested within the NCAA Division I meet Montana Open. With altitude conversion, he ran his fastest time eve,r and punched his ticket to the NAIA national meet with the 'A' standard time (9 minutes, 13.35 seconds).
Gardner finished the race with a time of 9 minutes, 20.03 seconds for the Saints. His mark is currently sixth-fastest in the NAIA this season.

Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week: Claire Bucklin
Bucklin, a freshman from Sunburst, Mont., was chosen as the Track Athlete of the Week.
Bucklin posted a personal record time in the 400-meter hurdles for the Saints at the NCAA Division I meet, the Montana Open. She produced the NAIA 'B' standard time of 1 minute, 2.94 seconds, securing a spot in her first national championship appearance next month, finishing third in the race.
In addition to her 400-hurdles mark, Bucklin also registered a personal record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.47 seconds for Carroll.
