HELENA, Mont. - College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by members of College Sports Communicators. The Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Six Carroll student-athletes have been selected as Academic All-District team members for the 2024 season.

The Carroll Women's Basketball team had four individuals recognized for their combination of on-court, classroom, and community work this past fall.

Addi Ekstrom (Bozeman, Mont. / SR)
Isabelle Erickson (Broadview, Mont. / R-JR)

The Carroll Men had two individuals meet the criteria and earn Academic All-District honors

The six Carroll honorees were all key pieces to the on-court successes of the Basketball teams this past season, featuring several All-Conference performers, leading scorers and rebounders, as well as the Frontier Player of the Year in Kyndall Keller. The group are among the most dedicated in the classroom for their respective sports, as the six selections boast a combined 3.86 GPA in programs ranging from Business to Health Sciences and Civil Engineering.

The CSC Academic All-America® program is one of the highest honors in college sport, recognizing the best of the best across each sport, and separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15, 2025.

The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
