Helena, Mont. – Saints Track & Field heads to their first meet of 2025 at the Snake River Open in Pocatello, Idaho on Thursday January 16 and Friday January 17.
A small group will travel to the event with a particular emphasis on multi-event athletes. Sorren Reese, Katelyn Christensen, and Anna Hume will compete in the Pentathlon for the women. Decathlon All-American Tucker Monaco will be joined by Connor Tuss, Carson Krack, and Jake Jamieson in the Heptathlon for the men. Multiple throwers and jumpers will also compete including All-American High Jumper Weston Means.
The Saints opened their indoor season with two National Qualifiers at the Bobcat PReview in December. Madalen Shipman (600m NAIA B Standard) and Zack Gacnik (5000m NAIA B Standard) will return to action in late January as will the bulk of the team.
The meet kicks off with the 60m Hurdles for the multi-event women on Thursday starting at 1:00 pm and the 60m Dash for the multi-event men at 1:30 pm, then continues on Friday.
