BILLINGS, Mont. - The Carroll College Volleyball team fell to Rocky Mountain College Saturday night in Billings.

The Battling Bears took the match 3-1.

Rocky won the first set 25-17, with a .406 hitting percentage.

Set two resulted in another Rocky win, 25-18. Carroll recorded 10 errors in the set.

Carroll showed life with a hard fought 26-24 win in set number three, recording 18 kills in the process.Â

Rocky Mountain bounced back and took the match with a 25-19 victory in the fourth set.

Carroll drops to 2-3 in Frontier Conference play. They are 12-4 overall.

Hannah Schweikert (Columbia Falls, Mont / SR) led the Fighting Saints in kills with 10.

Julia Carr (Portland, Ore. / Grad) finished the night with 29 digs.

Rocky Mountain was led by Makenna Bushman with 17 kills and 24 digs.Â
