HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Soccer teams will host Northwest and Evergreen State on Friday and Saturday afternoon at Valley Bank Field at Nelson Stadium.

As the end of the 2024 CCC regular season draws near, both the Carroll Women (7-4-4, 4-3-2) and the Men (9-2-3, 8-1-1) are right in the thick of the chase for seeding and a potential conference crown.

Entering the weekend, the Carroll Women sit No. 4 in the CCC standings, and have a good shot at clinching their spot in the upcoming CCC Postseason Championship tournament next month.

Nelson Stadium has been a difficult place for visiting teams to play this season, as the Saints boast a 4-0-1 mark at home, and will look to extend that unbeaten streak this weekend.

The Saints will look to snap an 0-3-1 skid over their last four games, aiming to build some momentum heading into the postseason.

On the Men's side of the action, the Saints find themselves in uncharted territory. The Men sit at the top of the CCC table, and have an excellent opportunity to grab the program's first ever CCC Championship with all three games remaining played at home.

Captain Caleb Hoxie (Helena, Mont. / GR) enters the game as the reigning CCC and NAIA Offensive Player of the Week after scoring a pair of goals while also adding an assist in wins over No. 24 Southern Oregon and Oregon Tech last weekend on the road.

Hoxie is the third player from the Soccer teams to earn the NAIA weekly honor this season (Maria Ackerman - NAIA Defensive Player of the Week, Felix Billard - NAIA Offensive Player of the Week).

On Friday, both teams will play a doubleheader against Northwest, with first touch in the Women's game set for 2 p.m., and the Men following.

Evergreen State will be the Saturday opponent, with the same 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. start times.
