EUGENE, Ore. – The Carroll Softball team returns to the diamond this weekend as they hit the road for a Cascade Conference series at Bushnell university. The Saints and Beacons will face off in double-headers at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. mountain time on Friday and 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. mountain time on Saturday.
 
Carroll will be looking to get back into the win column this weekend after four close losses last weekend at No. 5 College of Idaho. They currently have a record of 7-19 and have been playing some of their best softball of the season as of late.
 
Bushnell enters this weekend on a bit of a skid, as they have dropped their last 11 games. The Beacons fell in a sweep to the defending national champions, Southern Oregon, last weekend. Their record on the season is currently 6-20.
