WHITEFISH, Mont. — The Frontier Conference has announced its postseason football awards for the 2022 season. Carroll College had 10 players receive All-Conference honors, and two individuals given yearly awards. The All-Conference teams are chosen in voting by the league's coaches.
Carroll College head coach Troy Purcell was selected as Coach of the Year, and Carroll College senior defensive lineman Garrett Kocab (Phelan, Calif. / R-SR) was selected as the Defensive Player of the Year. Montana Western senior quarterback Jon Jund is a repeat selection as the Offensive Player of the Year.
Carroll and fellow Frontier Conference Co-Champion College of Idaho had 10 players named to the All-Conference teams, only Montana Tech (12) had more.
The Fighting Saints had three First team All-Conference selections:
Andrew Carter - OL (Gooding, Idaho / R-JR)
Garrett Kocab - DL (Phelan, Calif. / R-SR)
Spencer Berger - K (Billings, Mont. / FR)
Carroll also had seven Second Team All-Conference selections:
