HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Soccer teams will host their final home contests of the season this afternoon against Eastern Oregon at Nelson Stadium in Helena.

After a beautiful Fall, Montana weather has decided to turn to Winter overnight. Mount Helena, the Carroll College campus, and Nelson Stadium awoke to a fresh blanket of snow. After two games on Friday, rain, a football game Saturday, and now snow overnight, field conditions will be less than ideal on Nelson Stadium's natural grass field.

The Carroll Women (8-4-3, 5-3-1) will look for a win over an Eastern Oregon team (8-3-3, 5-2-2) that is receiving votes in the latest NAIA poll. The Saints, who have clinched a spot in the Cascade Collegiate Conference postseason tournament, have the opportunity to leap-frog a Mountaineer squad that is one spot above them in the standings with a win today.

The Carroll Men (5-7-1, 4-6) will square off with Eastern Oregon (7-7-1, 4-6), whom they are tied with in the conference standings, in an absolutely critical match for CCC positioning. Carroll, EOU, and Multnomah are all tied with 12 points on the season. Multnomah has a tie breaker over the Saints, and Carroll must win today to keep their postseason hopes alive.

Today's matches will be Senior Day matches for both the Men and Women, with recognitions of each outstanding class members accomplishments made before the start of each match.

Live stats for today's contests can be found HERE for the Women, and HERE for the Men.
