HELENA, Mont. -- Carroll Volleyball's Taelyr Krantz and Elizabeth Heuiser received weekly honors from the Frontier Conference following their outstanding individual performances at the C of I/Eastern Oregon Fall Classic in Caldwell, Idaho.

Krantz, a senior middle hitter from Helena, Mont., was selected as the Erck Hotels Frontier Conference Defender of the Week. In four games, Krantz totaled 43 kills, 33 blocks, and two aces.

Heuiser, a freshman middle hitter from Helena, Mont., was voted as the Erck Hotels Frontier Conference Attacker of the Week. In four games, Heuiser totaled 34 kills, five aces, and 12 blocks. She also boasted a hitting percentage of .400 on the weekend.

Setter Kylie Kackman was nominated for setter of the week. The award was won by MSU-Northern's Emily Feller.

The Saints (5-3 on the year) will look to continue their early success next weekend at the Premier Labor Day Classic in Bellevue, Neb.
