KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA released their most recent Women's Basketball Coaches' Poll on Wednesday morning. The Carroll Women's Basketball team came in at number five, reaching their highest mark of the season so far.
 
As they get ready for conference play, the Saints currently hold a 9-2 record. Their only two losses have come at the hands of the number three (Thomas More) and number four (Southeastern) teams in the nation. Carroll will get a shot at No. 2 Westmont, who are also the defending national champions, on December 21 at the Cactus Classic in Chandler, Arizona.
 
Next on the slate, however, is the conference opener against MSU-Northern at the PE Center on Thursday night. Tip-off is at 5 p.m.
