HELENA, Mont. – The Carroll Football team will take on the Lights of MSU-Northern on Saturday at Nelson Stadium. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
Saturday marks the Saints' first home game since September 18. It is also homecoming weekend at Carroll College. Half time festivities at the football game will include the annual bed race, introduction of the athletic hall of fame class, and announcement of homecoming royalty.
The Saints are currently 2-3 this season and return home after a triumphant victory at College of Idaho last weekend. The Saints trailed by two touchdowns early in the second half, but scored three unanswered touchdowns to win the game 28-21.
MSU-Northern is 0-5 on the season so far and in search of their first Frontier Conference win since 2016, when they beat Carroll up in Havre.
The last meeting between these two programs came last spring, on March 27. The Lights came to Nelson Stadium and the Saints rolled to a 49-7 victory.
Saturday's game will be streamed online on the
Fighting Saints Network, brought to you by Point S Tire and Auto Service. You can also listen to the game on Rewind 94.9 FM in Helena, or online nationwide on KCAP.com.
