HELENA, Mont. -- The Carroll College Fighting Saints softball team was picked to finish fifth in the Cascade Collegiate Conference by opposing coaches. 

The Saints were selected behind Southern Oregon, Oregon Tech, Corban and College of Idaho, while being picked in front of Warner Pacific, Eastern Oregon, British Columbia, Bushnell, Northwest and Providence.

The softball season is slated to begin in early March.
