HELENA, Mont. -- Carroll College Fighting Saints cross country runner
Spencer Swaim was named the Frontier Conference Runner of the Week.
Swaim is a junior from Spokane, Wash.
Swaim finished second overall, and was first among Frontier Conference runners at the Frontier Conference Preview hosted by MSU-Northern in Havre, Mont. He ran a time of 26:53.70 in his first 8K of the season. The Saints men's team won the meet.
The XC teams will be back in action in Helena next week.
