HELENA, Mont. -- Carroll College senior guard Dane Warp was selected as a CoSIDA Academic All-American.

Warp was named to the second team.

The 2020 Academic All-American Basketball Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

Warp finished his career as the No. 13 on the Carroll College all-time men's scoring list with 1,545 points. He became a first team all-conference selection as the Fighting Saints went 24-9 and finished second in the Frontier Conference. Warp became the all-time winningest Saints, as he recorded his 110th win. He juggles his prowess on the court with a dedication to the classroom as he pursues a degree in biochemistry/molecular biology.

Warp was just one of 10 NAIA Academic All-Americans.
