HELENA, Mont. -- The Carroll College volleyball team snatched a Top 25 win over No. 17 Central Methodist on Friday evening in Bellevue, Nebraska, at the Premier Labor Day Classic.
Carroll won 3-2 -- 25-17, 25-19, 13-25, 18-25, 16-14.Â
After the first two games, the Saints looked like they might be on their way to a sweep over CMU (7-2), but the Eagles fought back.Â

Lexi Mikkelsen each tallied at least 10 kills and combined for 35.Â
Hannah Dean led the match in blocks with nine.Â
Ali Williams led the match in assists with 42.Â
Ayla Carpenter led the Saints in digs with 19.Â
Earlier in the day, the Saints fell 3-1 to No. 11 Dordt, 25-9, 23-25, 25-19, 25-16.Â
Tomorrow the Saints finish out the Classic with matches against Baker (11 a.m.) and No. 22 Bellevue (5 p.m.).Â
