HELENA, Mont. -- Five Carroll College Fighting Saints men's basketball players were named academic all-conference, commissioner Kent Paulson announced on Friday.
Seniors
Match Burnham,
Ife Kalejaiye and
Matt Wyman, junior
Dane Warp and sophomore
Brad King were all named academic All-Frontier.
Burnham, a senior pacing the Saints with 19.6 points per game, has previously been named academic all-conference in 2017 and 2018.
Kalejaiye, perhaps the best defender in the Frontier, earned the award previously in 2017 and 2018.
Wyman has earned the award every season he's been eligible to receive it. He recently was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team, too.
Warp, whose scoring has climbed from 6.1 points per game last season to 17.9 points this season, was also named academic all-conference a season ago.
King started for the Saints at center before losing his sophomore season to a knee injury.
To be eligible for the Frontier's all-conference award, student-athletes must be a sophomore and hold a 3.0 or better cumulative GPA and enrolled at their current school for the previous two semesters.
