HELENA, Mont. -- Jovan Sljivancanin of Carroll College was selected the Frontier Conference's Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

The Saints went 2-0 this past week. Beating Montana Tech 82-78 in overtime, and taking down #14 Lewis Clark State 78-69.

Sljivancanin had back-to back double-doubles in the week. Putting up 25 points and 13 rebounds against the Ore Diggers of Montana Tech, and 21 points, 16 rebounds, against the Warriors of LC State. He was also 100% from the charity stripe on the week going 7 for 7.

"Jovan has worked hard this offseason and turned himself into a player. His ability to rebound gives him so many opportunities around the hoop. His outside shooting has improved as well. He can post and shoot which makes him a tough matchup" said Coach Kurt Paulson.

This is his third straight Frontier Conference Player of the Week, and the fourth of his career.
