HELENA, Mont. -- The No. 8 Carroll College women's team has a chance to rebound at home Tuesday, as the Fighting Saints host Montana Tech in the PE Center.

Carroll suffered its first setback of the season on Saturday, dropping a game in Dillon to No. 4 Montana Western, 58-54. It broke the Saints' four-game winning streak.

The Saints will look to start a new winning streak on Tuesday as they face an Orediggers team they beat convincingly on Dec. 29, 65-49.

Senior forward Hannah Dean continues to be the Saints' swiss army knife, leading the team in points (13.9), rebounds (6.9), assists (2.9) and steals (2.2) per game.

Behind Dean, three Saints average over eight points a game. Brittney Johnson leads the trio with 8.9 points per game, followed by Christine Denny's 8.7 and Dani Wagner's 8.5.

The Orediggers have won 1-2 since last meeting the Saints, falling to Rocky Mountain and most recently Montana State-Northern, while defeating Providence.

MTT is led by Mesa Williams' 14.5 points per game.

The game is scheduled for tipoff at 5:30 p.m.
