HELENA, Mont. --
Jose Porras did it again.
Porras took a cross form
Nick Lowrimore found the net in overtime to give the Carroll College Saints men's soccer team a 2-1 win over College of Idaho on Sunday in Caldwell.
The two teams battled evenly the majority of the way until Carroll broke through in the second half.
The Saints (5-5, 4-4 CCC) seized the lead when Lowrimore took a pass from Porras to beat the keeper in the 69th minute.
Carroll held that lead until the 89th minute, when Adam Prskavec took a pass from Lucas Thorne and knotted the game 1-1.
Once in overtime, the Saints wasted little time, as Porras scored the game-winning goal in the 92nd minute.
Kaden Connor made two saves for the Saints on the day.
Porras now has four game-winning goals on the season, one of the best marks in the NAIA.
Carroll next travels to face the University of Providence on Oct. 13.
