CALDWELL, Idaho – Saints softball falls to 10-10 on the season after dropping two close games against conference opponent Eastern Oregon 7-5, and 2-0 in Idaho after weather conditions forced the game to be played at a neutral site.

Carroll scored in the top of the first after Tianna Harper singled to center field, scoring Allison Bayer

The Mountaineers answered back in the bottom half of the inning two singles that scored two runs to give EOU a 2-1 lead.

Carroll was held hitless through the first four innings until Harper singled up the middle.

"MacKenna threw well again for us" said head coach Aaron Jackson.  "We just struggled to get the hits when we needed them."
