HELENA, Mont. – The 14th-ranked Carroll College men's basketball team hosts a pair of Frontier Conference foes Friday and Saturday at the PE Center.
Friday Carroll hosts the University of Great Falls at 7:30 p.m. at the PE Center. The Saints host MSU Northern Saturday at the same time.
Carroll looks to rebound from an 82-69 road loss to No. 3 Lewis-Clark. The Saints are 14-5 on the season and are tied for first in the conference with a 7-2 record.
Zach Taylor leads Carroll with 18.59 points per game and
Ryan Imhoff tallies a team-high 6.58 rebounds per game.
The Argos are 10-8 on the season and 3-6 in Frontier Conference play. UGF won back-to-back games last week but fell Thursday evening to MSU Northern 54-42 in Great Falls.
Darren Lockett leads the Argos with 10.12 points per game and Sigman Farmer leads UGF with 7 points per game.
The Lights are 14-7 on the season but just 3-6 on the season. After starting the Season 12-2, MSUN is 2-5 over the last seven games. The Lights broke a three-game losing streak with the win over UGF Thursday.
Warren Edmondson leads the Lights with 13.14 points per game. David Straughter tallies a game-high six rebounds per game.
Friday night, the Saints will honor the
2000-01 Carroll men's Frontier Conference Championship team before the game.
