HELENA, Mont. - Carroll College soccer hosts Evergreen (Wash.) Friday at Nelson Stadium in Cascade Conference action with the women kicking off at 1:30 p.m. and the men following 30 minutes after the women's match concludes.

The Carroll men are looking to bounce back from a devastating 2-1 loss to the University of Great Falls in OT after the Argos tied the match with just 37 seconds left in regulation.

The Saints are currently in 10th place in the 14-team league with a 3-3-1 conference record (6-5-1 overall). Carroll forward
Jose Porras is tied for fifth in the conference with eight goals on the season.

Evergreen sits in a tie for second at 6-1 in Cascade action. Juan Lopez leads the Geoducks with nine goals and Tanner Williams has seven goals and 10 assists on the season.

The Saints have played only one other team in the bottom half of the conference standings and will look to climb the standings in the second half of conference play to get into the eight-team Cascade tournament.

The Carroll women sit in a tie with Rocky Mountain atop the conference standings with a 5-1-1 record. The Saints lead the Conference in goals allowed with just three goals in seven conference games.

Evergreen is currently eighth with a 2-3 Cascade Record. The Geoducks are giving up a conference-high 2.79 goals per game in conference games.
