One team came in knowing, for the most part, what it had. The other came in hoping to find out. They both left with shutouts, kicking off a new era of Carroll College soccer with a pair of victories.

The Saints men and women hosted Sheridan Community College in an exhibition doubleheader Friday at Nelson Stadium. It was the first game action of the year for both teams, but the first ever for the newly formed men's program.
