Farrington had a great prep career where she was a captain of her Bellarmine Prep squad. She was a three-year varsity letter-winner, and was named All-League South Puget Sound League. She was also a team captain of Washington Premier FC ECRL, a club team that was Northwest Region Champion, competed at the ENCL national tournament, and was two time Washington State Presidents Cup Champion. She graduated with a 3.1 GPA. She is the daughter of Todd and Tabatha Farrington.

"I first watched Madi play in a showcase tournament last year in Las Vegas, we reconnected this last fall when she came and watched us play in Seattle. Although we don't graduate much of this year's team, our lone senior is an outside back so Madi will give us some much needed depth in that position."
