A name synonymous with Saints success, Emmert will stay in Helena following a prolific prep career just down the road at Capital. She is a ten-time varsity letter-winner (Soccer, Basketball, Softball), 11-Time Academic All-Conference selection (Soccer, Basketball, Softball), 2023 All-Conference selection in Soccer, as well as a 2021 Honorable mention and 2022/23 All-State selection in Softball. This past spring, she help lead the Bruins to their first Softball State Championship since 2009. She was named the Montana Gatorade Player of the Year in Softball for her pitching as well as MHSA Western Conference Offensive Player of the Year. She graduated from Capital with a 4.0 GPA. She is the daughter of Tyler and Amy Emmert.

Carroll Connection
Both of her parents, Amy Emmert 10' and Tyler Emmert 06', are Carroll College Alumni. Tyler played football and also coached for the Carroll College Saints, while Amy played soccer with the Saints during her Freshman year.
