This will be Heather’s second year on the staff at Carroll College. Her coaching experience includes a two-year internship with the University of Nevada Reno, as well as two seasons with Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Heather has also held a variety of coaching positions throughout the United States including Director of Coaching, Assistant Director of Coaching, Professional Trainer, Olympic Development Program State Coach, and Head Coach for a variety of regionally ranked premier level club teams.

Heather, a native of Helena, attended Capital High School, where she was a four-year member of the women’s varsity soccer program. She still holds the state records for most goals in a game, season and career. Heather went on to play for The University of Montana, where she still holds the record as the all-time leading goal scorer for the Big Sky Conference. Heather’s playing career continued at the semiprofessional level for the Mile High Mustangs, until she was forced to quit due to injury.

In addition to coaching, Heather is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Veterinary Technician with a special interest in Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation. She enjoys spending her downtime with her parents and brother who still reside in Helena. Heather also enjoys the company of her three rescue dogs.
