Alexa Fries is a four-year letter winner and three-year starter for Juan Diego Catholic High School in Draper, Utah, where she helped the team to three region titles and a state championship game her junior year. Proving her versatility, Fries contributed to Juan Diego's success as a midfielder, defender, and forward during her time there. She is also a member of the National Honor Society with a GPA of 3.9. Fries plays her club soccer for Sparta United with whom she ha played in tournaments across the western U.S. including Surf Cups and the Region IV Championships.

Fries plans to major in Nursing at Carroll College. She is the daughter of Matt and Tiffani Fries.
