Biography

High School: Mikala was a three-time All-State and All-Conference performer for the Cougars. She holds the record for blocked shots in a tournament game (8) and averaged 11 points and 9.2 rebounder her senior year while shooting over 40% from the field. Mikala was also a four-time Academic All-State selection.

Coach’s Comments: "Mikala is coming off a redshirt year as well as transitioning to a new position. She gives us great size on the perimeter and is our best guard rebounder. She has very good range and can also use her height to knock down jumpers over the defense. Because of her length, she doesn't need a lot of time to get a shot off. Her skill set fit perfect with what we run and I am excited to see Mikala perform this year."
