Biography
Deanna Lord joins the Carroll Women's Soccer program from Cave Creek, Ariz., after a career as a multi-sport standout on and off the field at Notre Dame Prep. As a Soccer player, Lord was a multiple-time West Valley all-region selection and also won the defensive player of the year award. She also helped lead her high school team to multiple quarterfinal trips in the state playoffs as well as a runner-up finish. She also competed in track and field, placing at the state tournament and winning her team's coaches award. As far as academics go, Lord was an academic all-state first team selection for both soccer and track. She is the daughter of Bill and Karen Lord and plans to study elementary and special education at Carroll.
