Colin Baker joined the Carroll coaching staff in 2017. He is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and played collegiately at Cowley County Community College and Southwestern College, both in Kansas.
 
He began his coaching career at Southwestern as a student assistant and was promoted to full-time assistant in 2014 where the team had its best finish in 16 years. In 2015, he became the assistant coach at the University of Great Falls where he helped the Saints to a birth in the NAIA National tournament and top-25 rankings.
 
He holds a USSF D license and is nearing his USSF C license. He holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and a n NSCAA Goalkeeping 2 diploma.
