Prior to Carroll - Dela Cruz joined the Saints after spending two years playing for Assistant Coach Brad Schmit at Central Wyoming College. Dela Cruz averaged 14.1 PPG and 2.2 APG in 19 minutes of play as a Freshman and 12.2 PPG and 3.3 APG in 14.3 minutes of play as a Sophomore. Dela Cruz brings in a 3.3 GPA from last year, and is going to continue studying Civil Engineering at Carroll.
