Quote from Coach Van Diest: "Tim plays offensive tackle who backed up Chris Empter. He will be a guy we look to be one of the top 2 or 3 offensive tackles on our football team. Tim has improved tremendously in the weight room. We look for good things from him."

Personal: Parents are Frank and Cheryl Pays of Sandpoint, Idaho. Tim is majoring in Civil Engineering.
