High School: Jonah lettered in both track and football at Laurel High School... named First-Team All-State and All-Conference as a defensive back in 2013 and 2014...was also selected honorable mention running back in 2013 and 2014...named Academic All-State in 2013 and 2014... was a sprinter and ran on the relay teams in the spring... carries a 3.4 GPA
