Biography

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL
Rugg was a two time all-state performer at defensive end, two time all-conference receiver and team captain at Frenchtown. Rugg was also an all-conference performer in basketball and track. Off the field, Rugg was a four-time selection for academic all-state. He is the son of Korey and Ryann Rugg. He has one brother (Brock). He plans to pursue a degree in accounting and strategic finance.
