Quote from Coach Van Diest: “Grady has bounced back and forth from offensive tackle to offensive guard. Right now he is competing for a backup spot at offensive guard. He has great size and is an outstanding worker in the weight room. We just need him to become more consistent.”

2014: Contributed on scout team... Named Academic All-Conference.

2013: Contributed on scout team... Named Academic All-Conference.

2012: Redshirted and contributed on scout team. 

High School: Grady was student body president and a National Honor Society Member... was a three-year Academic All-State team member in football... named First-Team All-Conference and All-State offensive lineman in 2010 while being named team captain at Billings Central Catholic High School... selected to participate in the Shrine Game and an alternate for the Mon/Dak Game in 2010.
